We provide toiletries so people can live their lives with dignity and help caregivers give children the best start in life.

• People experiencing hygiene poverty are most likely to go without razors or shaving foam/gel (50%), laundry detergent or household cleaning products (46%), and deodorant (42%) because they cannot afford them (The Hygiene Bank, Hygiene Poverty in 2024).
• Nearly 1 in 4 households with children (23%, 2.2 million) live in hygiene poverty, lacking basics like toothbrushes and soap.
• Around 23 % of five-year-olds in London experienced dental decay or needed tooth extractions last year, and tooth extractions were the most common reason children aged five to nine were admitted to hospital in 2023–24 (Nuffield Trust, 2025).
