How You Can Help
Food Bank Aid is a grassroots charity. Our amazing volunteers have made it the success it is today – we can’t do what we do without you.
There are many roles which we are currently recruiting for, including:
- Volunteer drivers to help collect donations and deliver them to our hub and local food banks (own transport is required).
- Morning or Afternoon Keyholders to help open up and start the day, or close up and get us ready for tomorrow.
- Skills-based Volunteers with WordPress, Data analysis, Canva, Design layout experience – all projects can be done remotely and during evenings & weekends if helpful.
- Community Ambassadors for outreach to local groups, associations and nurseries for food drives and events
If you would like to support in other ways, you can also:
- Organise a food drive in your community or workplace, or donate goods directly – follow our socials for our weekly shopping list
- Purchase via our online shop – every purchase helps fund our work
- Introduce us to businesses that might want to get involved for charity partnerships.
